Refunds Policy (Cards)

Flykk® is an electronic money service, whereby electronic money is issued on a one to one equivalency basis against electronic funds processed and charged to your card.
Flykk® electronic money is then credited to your account, which may be directed to other persons, businesses or stored in your account, subject to compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and customer due diligence. Refunds are therefore not possible, unless there has been a technical error and electronic money was not issued. You may, however, transfer the electronic money in your account to another person, business or your card subject to our fees, at any time.
